Terms of Service

1. Service Description

zempic.io provides career intelligence reports ("Reports") that include job opportunity matches, salary data, and application links based on information you provide. We are a career intelligence service, not a job placement agency, recruiter, or employment service. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

2. What You Get

When you purchase a Report, you receive:

• 15+ matched job opportunities tailored to your background
• Salary data where available
• Personalized fit explanations
• Direct application links
• Delivery within 24 hours of submission

3. Pricing

Standard Pricing:

• First Report: $50
• Refresh Reports: $25 per report
• Resume Add-on: +$25 (optional)

4. Founding 100 Program

For our first 100 customers only:

• First report: $10 (instead of $50)
• Free fresh reports with new matches for life (limit: 1 per week)
• Free resume creation (instead of +$25)

This offer is limited to the first 100 customers and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We appreciate shares and reviews but they are not required for Founding 100 customers.

5. Social Proof Program

After the Founding 100 period, customers who share or review can unlock free fresh reports with new matches:

• Share your experience on any major social media platform (including but not limited to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, YouTube, Fishbowl, Blind), OR
• Leave a review on any major review platform (including but not limited to Trustpilot, Google, G2)
• Email the link to team@zempic.io
• Receive free fresh reports with new matches for 6 months (limit: 1 per week)

Posts and reviews must be genuine and reflect your actual experience. Only one action (share OR review) is required.

6. No Guarantees

Reports are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive interviews or job offers
• That listed positions will still be available when you apply
• The accuracy of salary data (which comes from public sources)
• Any specific employment outcome

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your Report is delivered:

• If you're not satisfied, reply to your delivery email within 7 days
• We'll offer one revision based on your feedback
• If you're still not satisfied after the revision, we'll issue a full refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your background and experience
• Use the Report for personal career purposes only
• Not resell, redistribute, or share the Report commercially

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zempic.io's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Report. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, or career decisions made based on our Reports.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date.
